What happens when you delete your account?
Your profile information (name, phone number, email) will be deleted
Your login credentials will be permanently removed
You will no longer be able to access your account or services
What will NOT be deleted?
Transaction or medical records that must be retained for legal or regulatory purposes
Data required for tax, audit, or compliance obligations (if applicable)
These records will be securely stored and anonymized where required by law.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
Please ensure you have saved any important information before proceeding
How to delete your account
Log in to your account
Go to My Account → Delete Account
Confirm your request
Your account will be deleted immediately
